How I got here

Jemma Hardélle Therapist, Relationship Coach, Writer, Cultural Commentator

It’s been an uphill climb to my summit, one shaped by identity, intimacy, non-traditional relationships, invisible illness, reinvention, and refusing to shrink to fit the world’s expectations.

I’ve lived a thousand lives in one skin, and every chapter has taught me something about the human heart. My work is born from that lived experience: raw honesty, deep empathy, sharp insight, and the ability to sit with stories others might look away from. I don’t flinch — because I’ve been there too.

I’m a Therapist and writer whose work has been featured in The Times, Marie Claire, Apple News, and across several podcasts, offering a voice that bridges real life, real relationships, and real psychological depth.

My clients come to me because they want a space where they can finally take the mask off, whether they’re navigating identity, intimacy, kink, non-monogamy, heartbreak, success, burnout, or the quiet crises no one else sees.

Our work together is highly discreet, absolutely confidential, and grounded in relational depth. I offer gentle but honest challenge, helping you expand your self-awareness, question old scripts, and rewrite ingrained beliefs that no longer serve who you’re becoming.

This is therapy for the person who is ready to meet themselves fully, courageously, and without apology.

About Me

I’ve never followed a conventional path, because conventional paths are built for conventional people. And I don’t believe any of us are truly conventional, we hide behind masks.

I’m a therapist and relationship coach yes. But more than that, I’m a challenger of narratives, a permission-giver, and a firm believer that the life you want is already within reach, you just need to stop playing by the old rulebook that was never written for you.

My work? It’s about reimaganing your relationships, your identity, your patterns, your beliefs about what’s possible. I work with individuals, couples, and multi-partnered relationships, especially those within the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodiverse thinkers, and people exploring the edges of what love, lust, connection, and authenticity really mean.

If you’ve ever felt like you were too much, too different, or just not made for the box the world keeps trying to put you in, welcome. You’re exactly where you need to be.

I don’t do surface-level therapy. If you’re looking for a tick-box therapist that nods and doesn’t say much, I’m probably not the therapist for you. But if you want to understand old patterns, rewrite the unhelpful stories you’ve been telling yourself, and build a life and relationships that are fully aligned with who you are, ’m here for it.

The Small Print!

I’m neurodiverse (dyslexic), so expect big ideas and the occasional small typo.

I love building communities. Connection isn’t just a theory to me; it’s the foundation of everything I do.

I believe in permission-giving. If you need someone to tell you it’s okay to be unapologetically yourself, consider this your green light.

I think relationships should be places of growth, not cages of confusion and shame. Let’s build clarity, not chaos.

I will never tell you to settle. Not in love, not in life, not in who you are.

If you’re stuck in cycles of shame, trauma, people-pleasing, or relationships that feel like they’re running you rather than the other way around, I see you. And more importantly, I know you don’t have to stay there.

You don’t have to wait until everything falls apart to start the real work. The journey starts now. Let’s make it meaningful - Masks off
