How I got here
Jemma Hardélle Therapist, Relationship Coach, Writer, Cultural Commentator
It’s been an uphill climb to my summit, one shaped by identity, intimacy, non-traditional relationships, invisible illness, reinvention, and refusing to shrink to fit the world’s expectations.
I’ve lived a thousand lives in one skin, and every chapter has taught me something about the human heart. My work is born from that lived experience: raw honesty, deep empathy, sharp insight, and the ability to sit with stories others might look away from. I don’t flinch — because I’ve been there too.
I’m a Therapist and writer whose work has been featured in The Times, Marie Claire, Apple News, and across several podcasts, offering a voice that bridges real life, real relationships, and real psychological depth.
My clients come to me because they want a space where they can finally take the mask off, whether they’re navigating identity, intimacy, kink, non-monogamy, heartbreak, success, burnout, or the quiet crises no one else sees.
Our work together is highly discreet, absolutely confidential, and grounded in relational depth. I offer gentle but honest challenge, helping you expand your self-awareness, question old scripts, and rewrite ingrained beliefs that no longer serve who you’re becoming.
This is therapy for the person who is ready to meet themselves fully, courageously, and without apology.
